How our text messaging program works, and your choices.
Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by DT Chiropractic, PLLC ("DT Chiropractic," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you opt in, DT Chiropractic may send you text messages related to your care and our practice — including appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling, intake and paperwork links, billing or insurance follow-ups, and occasional practice updates. These messages are sent to the mobile number you provide.
You consent to receive text messages from DT Chiropractic when you provide your mobile number to us — for example, when you book an appointment online, complete a form, give your number to our front desk in person or by phone, or reply to one of our messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving care.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed; after that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time, or reply START.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us (for example, the number and timing of your appointments).
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
We value your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors who help us operate the messaging service (such as our messaging platform provider), solely to deliver the service.
