Dr. Daniel Turner, DC - Director/CEO
Dr. Daniel Turner brings his extensive education and practitioner's knowledge to DT Chiropractic as the founder and clinic director. He attended both the University of California, Irvine, where he studied neurobiology, and Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Turner is licensed to practice chiropractics in both California (2009) and Georgia (2014). He is a practicing chiropractor in both the Canton and Cartersville locations.
Dr. Turner specializes in treating sports injuries and personal injuries (from events such as car accidents). In addition, he focuses on Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), post-surgical rehabilitation, physiotherapy, sports performance, and family care.
Before founding DT Chiropractic, Dr. Turner has served as the head physician for university athletic departments and sports teams. Between the years of 2009 and 2013, he held several positions: Head Athletic Physician at Soka University, team physician to the semi-professional Back Bay Rugby Sharks team, and head physician for the 10th Planet Costa Mesa and Buena Park Competition team. In 2010, Dr. Turner was a physician for USA Swimming. Throughout his vast experience, Dr. Turner treated athletes' injuries and trained them to optimize their performance.
In his free time, Dr. Turner enjoys spending time with his sons Sean, Elijah, and Jonah. Since 1995, he has trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. He loves to travel to and explore new places with his family. He is also enjoying getting to know Canton, GA, and its friendly community.
Education
Dr. Daniel Turner, DC, graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. He attended the University of California, Irvine for his undergraduate studies in neurobiology.

Dr. Turner has been involved with numerous professional and semi-professional sports teams, Olympic athletes, and has extensively focused on car accident and personal injury injuries.
