What do I need to bring?

On your first appointment, please bring a copy of your driver's license, health insurance card, applicable past medical history, and accident report if applicable.

How many visits will I need?

The number of treatments will vary depending on the problem and individual. After a thorough assessment, we will discuss your treatment plan for the rehabilitation process.  We strive to get our patient's better as quickly as possible.

Do I have to be referred by a doctor?

No, chiropractors can assess and treat without referral by a medical doctor. However, some health insurers require a primary care physician referral before they authorize treatment.

Treatment duration depends on your diagnosis, the severity of your impairments, your past medical history, and other factors.  Re-evaluations will be done to assess your progress.
